Material introduction:


High carbon chromium bearing steel (GCr15)


High carbon chromium bearing steel with good comprehensive properties. After quenching and tempering, the hardness is high and uniform, and the wear resistance and fatigue strength are high. Good hot workability. It has good machinability after spheroidizing annealing.


Stainless steel material:


SUS420


420 stainless steel is a kind of martensitic stainless steel, which has certain wear resistance, corrosion resistance and high hardness. It is suitable for all kinds of precision machinery, bearings, electrical equipment, instruments, instruments, transportation tools, household appliances, etc. It is mainly used to manufacture parts resistant to atmospheric, water vapor, water and oxidizing acid corrosion.


SUS440 (9Cr18Mo)


Martensitic stainless steel has higher carbon content than Cr13 steel, so its strength and hardness are higher than Cr13 steel. Other properties are similar to Cr13 steel. But its weldability is poor. It is usually not used as welding material. It is used for manufacturing surgical and medical tools. It also has good high-temperature dimensional stability, strong corrosion resistance and toughness. Now it is more widely used in hand knives and high-quality factory tools.


SUS304 (06Cr19Ni10/0Cr18Ni9)


304 austenitic stainless steel has good corrosion resistance, heat resistance, low-temperature strength and mechanical properties, good hot workability such as stamping and bending, no heat treatment hardening phenomenon, and non-magnetic 304 stainless steel is widely used to make corrosion-resistant and formable equipment and parts because of its good heat resistance. At present, 304 stainless steel has been widely used in food, chemical industry, atomic energy and other industrial equipment Equipment and decoration, as well as household products, cabinets, indoor pipelines, water heaters, boilers, bathtubs, auto parts, medical appliances, building materials, chemicals, food industry, agriculture and ship parts.


SUS316 (0Cr17Ni12Mo2)


316 austenitic stainless steel has plasticity, toughness, cold denaturation, good welding process performance and good appearance gloss of cold rolled products; due to the addition of Mo (2 ~ 3%), it has excellent corrosion resistance, especially pitting corrosion resistance, excellent high temperature strength and excellent work hardening (weak magnetism after processing) , solid solution state, non-magnetic, good welding performance. All standard welding methods can be used for welding.

Zirconia


Zirconia (chemical formula: ZrO2) It is the main oxide of zirconium. Under normal conditions, it is a white odorless and tasteless crystal, which is difficult to dissolve in water, hydrochloric acid and dilute sulfuric acid. It usually contains a small amount of hafnium dioxide. It has inactive chemical properties, high melting point, high resistivity, high refractive index and low thermal expansion coefficient, making it an important high-temperature resistant material, ceramic insulating material and ceramic sunscreen.


Silicon nitride


Silicon nitride is an important structural ceramic material. It is a kind of superhard material. It has lubricity, wear resistance, atomic crystal and oxidation resistance at high temperature. In addition, it can resist cold and heat shock. It can be heated to more than 1000 ℃ in air, cooled sharply and heated sharply, and will not break. It is precisely because silicon nitride ceramics have such excellent characteristics that people often take advantage of it It is used to manufacture mechanical components such as bearings, gas turbine blades, mechanical seal rings, permanent molds and so on.

POM (super steel "or" saigang ", also known as polyoxymethylene)


Polyoxymethylene resin, POM plastic and saigang material: it is a kind of white or black plastic particles with high hardness, high rigidity, high wear resistance, high fatigue strength, strong repeated impact resistance, good self lubrication and wear resistance, wide application temperature range (- 40 ℃ ~ 120 ℃), and the property is closest to metal.


PA66 (polyamide 66 or nylon 66)


PA66 (polyamide 66 or nylon 66): high tensile strength, excellent toughness and impact resistance, good self lubrication, wear resistance, excellent drug resistance, good low temperature characteristics and self extinguishing.


Pu (polyurethane)


Pu (polyurethane): it has high flexibility and resilience, high mechanical strength and oxidation stability, excellent oil resistance, solvent resistance, water resistance and fire resistance.


glass fibre


Glass fiber (English original name: glass fiber or fiberglass): it is an inorganic non-metallic material with excellent performance. It has a wide variety. Its advantages are good insulation, strong heat resistance, good corrosion resistance and high mechanical strength, but its disadvantages are brittle and poor wear resistance.
